Shipping policy

At El Catrin, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Standard Shipping

Standard delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Please allow additional transit time after the 1–2 business day processing period.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are determined by the carrier.
